LandRoller Canada can only ship orders to addresses within Canada.

Returns?
Yes, we accept Refunds within 30 days notice. Customer is responsible to return product in new condition at their expense.   

Any items that are returned within 30 days of purchase and are not in “like new” condition will not be eligible for a refund. Skates returned that show any signs of wear on the boot or wheels will not be eligible for a refund. If the customer requests to have the used items sent back, the cost of shipping & handling will be covered by the customer and not LandRoller Canada. It is important that you try on your skates to ensure proper fit on a clean indoor surface (hardwood floor, tile or carpet) to keep the skates in like new condition. Skates that are returned in used condition are not eligible for size exchange or refund.

When will my backorder arrive?
This product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from our supplier, but have not received a date yet as to when we will receive this product. We will update you on the status of your order via eMail.
